LOK PAL BILL

LOK PAL BILL

It was really heartening to note that almost all the parties expressed their opinions on the contentious Lok Pal Bill in the Parliament. A path-breaking and the one which will stand the test of time is a must. This is because a bill of this importance will have to stand the scrutiny of time. Once passed with requisite amendments, it will have to be for a longer period of time like other bills which are in vogue since long. The Lok Pal Bill has raised certain critical points with regard to corruption rampant from top to bottom. In order to meet the aspirations of the teaming millions, it is paramount that a bill comes out which may help smooth governance.

For its smooth passage, it is important that all the parties should show their resolve and keep their difference at the back burner and pass the bill suitable for good governance. Corruption which is eating into the vitals of our society has to be fought at all fronts. If this has to be done, it is important that there is a stringent law in place is required. History will not forgive those who may put a spanner in the way of a good legislation. But the coveted bill should not prove to be a paper tiger but should have teeth to deal with the corruption in real sense of terms.

A good Lok Pal Bill with all ingredients of good governance will be acceptable to all including Anna Sahib and his team of crusaders. It will also be a tribute to his honest efforts. But how to implement the important points enunciated in the bill should also addressed on ground. Sagacity far sightedness are called for,  for a good bill to be successful.

The CHAKRAS

The CHAKRAS

Chakras are the important constituents of our system. It is imperative to know their significance:-

Root Chakra. The parts of body such as kidneys, bladder and large intestines that is,  those parts which work as elimination of the waste products from our systems. In this when energy move in there is good feeling  and depletion of energy when it moves out.

Sex Chakra. The reproduction organs such as uterus, ovaries, prostate and testes. There is the energy increase and energy outgoing. Lust too is involved in these organs.

Navel Chakra. The function of this part of the body is anabolism or maintenance of the body. The organs in these include stomach, small intestine, liver, gall bladder and pancreas. Positive pride results when energy comes in.  when energy moves out, anger, unworthiness and resentment results.

Heart Chakra. The function of this organ is to produce the feeling of distinction (what is mine and what is for others). The organs are the heart and thymus gland of the immune system. The job of these organs are production of emotional upsurge such as grief, hurt and jealousy. When you meet appropriate partner

of your liking you feel romantic feeling. Other feelings such as grief, loss, hurt and jealousy are  results when it comes out. Compassion results when you have good feelings for everyone around.

Throat Chakra. Here self-expression is the function. The organs which perform the functions are lungs, throat and speech organs, hearing organs and thyroid gland. When energy moves in one feels the freedom of speech but a feeling rooted in frustration and failure when energy gets depleted.

Brow/Third Eye Chakra. The function of this are evolution. This contains a vast reservoir of energy in the form of intuition. The organs are middle of the eye-brows and hind brain, eyes and pituitary gland. When energy moves in there is clarity and when energy moves out there is confusion abounding.

Crown Chakra. The function of crown chakra is self-knowledge. It is associated with the pineal gland. When one gets energy there is a feeling of satisfaction and when there is deceleration of energy there is a feeling of despair.

Endocrine gland is associated with each chakra. Their main function is to communicate with the brain. This way the mind gets control of vital energies.

INNER VOICE

INNER VOICE

We can take direction from our inner self through the power of our instinct. This innate power of an individual can be gradually enhanced through the meditation. The meditation can be done on a single source with  sincerity, one pointedly for optimum results. If we want to acquire everything to our potential, it is paramount that we make use of the inner reservoir of our power. This power can be meaningfully exploited through delving into the inner recesses of ourself. It is not on the surface. And deep meditative state is the answer for making our instinct work for us. The guidance provided by our intuitive mind is essentially flawless and biased towards solution to a problem. Every bit of intractable problem has a matching solution through intuition. It is because intuitive thought springs from our inner self. Just use it and see the difference. Strong energy coupled with impeccable will power with good and gracious intentions will surely see us through. Exclusion of ego-motivational things is of prime importance. Faith that your thought out plan will fructify come what may should never be lost sight of. Attention should be pair to the subject in hand with all the energy at command of an individual. Concrete ideas with tangible action plan should be accomplished with utmost sincerity and devotion. If, initially, you do not get any response, then again try listening your heart for guidance. Endorsement comes anyhow if your intentions are honorable. Keep your energy and expectations high for a better result. Here there is no time lag but need is mental clarify and right energy.

It should never be made public that your inner guidance is higher than that of others. Intuition should be personal to an individual.

What’s your middle name? Do you like it?

What’s your middle name? Do you like it?

I am a person who does not believe in the dictum a person is known by the name he / she keeps. A person does not grow taller in stature if he wants to be named as attractively as he likes. My name is Harbans Lal Khajuria. The meaning of Harbans whose ancestry is associated  with Lord Hari. The middle one is ‘Lal’ which means a ‘gem’ and Khajuria is my surname. Lal though meaning precious gem stone does not find much importance in my life. I am a person who loves a simple life. A no show man who believe in the dictum that  credence in my life. I value those things which give me mental satisfaction

In what ways do you stand out?

It is a considered fact that we are what we think ourselves to be. If we have low opinion of ourselves, we are not able to make a mark in the society we are living. Low self esteem leads to downfall of an individual in all the field of his / her activity. A person who has reached to a certain level in a particular discipline and etched out a niche by dint of hard work and perseverance will prove highly productive to the society at large.

Although I want to do my duty for the people I am near or with whom I have interaction, yet, I do not try to make them realize that I have / will be of any value to them. I do that service without any fanfare. I am from a village background, and from a middle class background. I am aware of the need of our society and try fulfilling the same in my own way.    I am a Homeopath – this I have not followed as a profession but as a social service cause. My payment is earned immensely when my patient is relieved of the ailment. I get a sort of mental satisfaction which otherwise I do not get even if I am offered the kingdom of heaven.

The strongest thing which I can bank on are  sincerity, integrity, loyalty, excellence in my job in hand, go-getter attitude and above all ready to help attitude at all time without any discrimination. (To be honest with my readers, all these qualities have been penned down by my superiors and peer group with whom I have worked / am working presently).  In all these, and others, if and when am able to help, it gives me immense satisfaction.
