Which has spread its tantacles so hideous.
Crying need is to vaccine all including our children
Till such time almost all get vaccinated
And attain needed resistance in herd
Then there is the requirement of cure
Against black and white fungus
Which is so dangerous.
HOW BEST TO LIVE APPROPRIATELY IN LOCK DOWN SITUATION?
In essence, the coronavirus pandemic has thrown many a challenges and imponderables. If we take these challenges with a pinch of salt and do everything to put our lives in proper perspective by infusing positivity in the minds of those who are connected with us. The others aound us too should come in our reckoning; those who are taking the onslaughts of not merely the Coronavirus but also black fungus or white fungus (Mucomycosis) which is proving to be more dangerous if it is not detected in the initial stage itself.
As things stand today, it is not merely vicious mutating infection which is taking heavy toll but also the natural upheavals in the form of cyclones which have resulted in deaths and destruction of property.
Be that as it may, as things stand today in lockdown situation, now is the time when we not only need the graces of our Creator but also assistance to the needy to generate confidence in the minds of people who need to have determined mindset to face the challenges fearlessly, with indomitable courage coupled with inner strength. My sincerest prayer to our Almighty God; O Omnipotent and Omniscient God, do come to the succor of the suffering lots.
The challenges which this lockdowns have thrown due to unpredictable cronavirus pandemic, which is mutating without any warning has not only snatched precious lives but also resulted in loss of employment of a large number of people as many of the small companies have closed down their shutters due to non-availability of finance to pay to their employees. The real estate business too has taken a huge hit. Then small retail shops are not able to transact any business thereby putting their families under huge financial strain. The requirement of money for the families to meet the medical bill has also compounded the problem manifold.
Due to lockdown conditions, the people are sitting at their homes continuously for days together. Fortunate are those people who have more than one room in their homes. Living in the confines of their homes for days on end puts too much pressure on their body and mind creating physiological and psychological problems.
In order to generate inner strength, it is in the fitness of things to take the succeeding points to inculcate inner strength and courage to face the situations and conditions with steely nerve.
REMAIN FEARLESS IN THE RAGING DEADLY INFECTION
As we are aware, we have lost many precious lives, many parents have lost their love ones while some offspring have lost their parents or elders in the family. Many hapless children will not see the faces of their parents ever. Their upbringing and continued uncertain modicum of existence have become a big question mark! Governmental and NGOs should come forward and assist these unfortunates. First thing which is of hugely significant is courage and inner strength to face the fact as we’re aware that fear psychosis is the first essential need of the hour.

Verily, in order to remove the monotonies and routines of the people under lockdown condition, it is paramount that affected people follow their hobbies like reading, writing, gardening etc. for diversion from the boredom of spending their times in lockdown situation.

It is an undisputed fact that all the members of the family live together in lockdown conditions, therefore, we’ve to consolidate our relations not get fed up with each other living together for a longer period of time. Our effort should be to give quality time to all the members of the family.
In the normal times, the couples are busy in their respective jobs (Some are busy pursuing their jobs, housewives are busy in household chores etc.) but in lockdown conditions, they all have to live together for a considerable periods of time, therefore, have to be adaptive to change – love and respect each other, be understanding, shower care and caution etc. When we understand other’s feelings, we cultivate seeds of love for every members of the family which will not only fuse or cement relationship but also cultivate loving relationship till the end of journey on this earth.

We know that music has soothing affect on our mind and body. It can influence us a lot. It can have positive impact on our state of mind; can prove panacea for anxiety/depression besides music can change the perception of the world at large.

Humour is a balm which can restore to health our flared tempers thus providing a meaningful diversion from our present state of anxieties and worries which have multiplied due to routines of our lockdown.
