LAWS OF NATURE

The law of nature pervades
If we want to raise an edifice
We’re constrained to ensure
Its strong base
This base is not made in a hurry
Since if it is done in hurry
We may miss some finer points
In making a solid support
And the structure made
On the wobbly support
May crumble with its own wait
Thus proving the dictum
Haste makes waste.
When we’re in a rush
To achieve something
It goes to show that we are working
Against the laws of nature
By working horridly
We’re violating the natural laws
Which works on the principle of slow rhythm
Of gradual growth and development.
In essence, Law of Nature works
On the theory of gradual progression
Which helps consolidation
Of our achievement
If we take a leaf from the lesson of Mother Nature.
The tree we plant
Does not give us fruits in a short span of time
Nature bestows the plant
The most precious gifts from its kitty
Much needed sun-shine, rain and air aplenty
Then the Mother Earth gives it mineral nutrients
Such as oxygen, hydrogen and carbon dioxide
With which the plant
After many years of nurturing it
Grows into a trees
Finally gives fruits, the juicy ones
Patience & persistence works here
Since hurry makes worry.
If we want to lay a solid foundation
In our pursuit of education
Or enhance our worth in any profession
We want to pursue
We’ve to have enhance our know-how
This is not acquired in jiffy
As hurry makes worry
We’ll have to work real hard
And come up to the expectation
Of people who want to hire us
Since nobody flogs a dead horse.
If we want to be outstanding entrepreneur of repute
We’ve to earn reputation
By first of all earn business acumen
Made on the solid foundation of hard work & endeavor
On the principles of slow and steady wins the race
With practice and with a lot of experiences
And not hurrying through the intricacies
For hurry will bring us disillusionment at every stet
And ultimately distrust in our abilities
Leading to failures and still more heart-aches
Since hurry makes worry.
The idea of multi-tasking is excellent
But be aware, we’ve a limit
Up to which we can stretch
Or else it will create unmanageable stress
Since our system’s power to cope gets depleted
With excessive stress and strain experienced
Creates anxiety and nervous breakdown
With horrifying implications
Earning in the process ‘hurry sickness’
Which generates emotional effects
Affecting body and mind
Resulting in fatigue and head-ache
With mal-functioning of our immune system.
With hurry sickness looming large
We become knee-jerk reactive
Spoiling our overall relations with our near relatives
Thus are left to fend for ourselves
And no one to come to succor when needed the most.
Our thoughts too give confusing signals
When we horridly pass from one thought to other
With the result
We’re neither here nor there finally
Thus, we should take life as it comes ultimately
By pressing the pause button
As and when needed.
LAWS OF NATURE
In essence, it is woefully observed that we humans have the uncanny obsession to stretch ourselves beyond a limit, as a result of which, we entangle ourselves in unanticipated problems. These problems may be in relation to our health and wellness or any other issues. By doing so, we tend to make the existing problems still more complex and at times intractable. The hurrying triggers keep plodding us to exceed our limits and we keep on shoving ourselves and earn for ourselves ‘hurrying sickness’ which proves counterproductive in the long run. This hurrying sickness is against the very spirit of Laws of Nature.
HURRYING RESULTS IN HORRIFYING RESULTS
It has very rightly said in Bhagwad Gita: Do not fear change. But before change has been decided we should be on comfort zone. Steos fir change should not be taken in haste, on heightened emotions (Anger or attachment) and our decisions should not be against anybody. In addition, we should have trust in ourselves and our Creator while aspiring for any change. In other words, we should not fall prey to hurrying triggers. Our actions should be in sync with the nature – in more gentle pace for any change which we want to bring to ourselves.
ALL THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE WORK ACCORDING TO THEIR SET PLAN
We have examples of plants giving fruits. It does not happen instantly after a plant is planted. Nature has its own timeline. It does not happen at the whims and fancies of humans. Our different stages of life happen as we attain our age in normal course. It is not in our hand to bypass any stage of life. The child in the womb of a mother takes its own time to take birth. Everything has got its time limit.
WHEN MOTHER NATURE’S BALANCE IS DISTURBED, IT TAKES ITS RETRIBUTION
The Mother Nature has its own ways. The seasons are changing on its own, the days and nights happen with regularity, the air, the rain, the sun-shine, the moon lit night is so pleasant etc. The other bounties of nature are given to us in plenty and that too freely. Nature has its time fixed for everything. It has made a variety of things for all living beings to enjoy and live with it all. It is the man who disturbs the natural phenomenon due to which all living beings suffer. In other words, Nature gives us much but when its balance is disturbed, it does not forgive, its payback is really very severe. It comes in the form of blizzard, tsunamis, earthquakes, excessive rains or scanty rains and droughts etc. In other words, Nature has its own regularity in its functioning. It is on the principles of slow but steady, in its own rhythm.
In Bible it has been very clearly mentioned: O Lord, what a variety of things you have made! In wisdom, you have made them all. The earth is full of your creatures. Here is the ocean, vast and wide, teeming with life of every kind, both large and small.
WE ALL ARE RUSHING AGAINST TIME
Presently everybody is rushing against time. A thing which could be accomplished in days, we want to do it within hours. Fast-tracking and multi-tasking has become a new norm. By so doing, both the task at hand and we ourselves could be impacted.
BY DOING A THING IN EASE AND PEACE COULD BRING ABOUT GOOD OUTCOMES
In fact we lost touch of doing a thing in a more relaxed way in sync with the nature and have actually become obsessed with workaholic methodology and in the process have earned for ourselves stress and strains accompanied with our compliments. We want to be perfectionist and prove to ourselves and others around that we are better than anybody else. We remain pushing and pulling ourselves in order to get things done as quickly as possible – even rushing and pushing besides becoming impatient while getting things done to prove our point.
It has been observed that when we are into natural rhythms, then we become more associated with ourselves. By working in ease and peace/more relaxed way, we can attain the best results for ourselves. Rushing and hurrying thing can bring about uncertain results for us.
WORKING IN RHYTHM WITH NATURE CAN DO WONDERS
When we learn the art of doing our work in more relaxed way, we learn to be in aligned with our own nature and mother nature with which we have to work. As has been seen, the work we can handle in a particular stage of life, we cannot accomplish as we grow old. If we stretch ourselves more when our physical self does not permit then we are in for health related issues. How seasons change, how days changes into nights, how wind blows and sun shines. All the works of Mother Nature are at its own time. Nothing can be forced. In the same way, we should also work in rhythm with our own nature.
Living naturally means living with all the potentials and weaknesses i.e. with awareness about ourselves.
